Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The new minds coming into my classroom will be a generation of technology first learners. Smartphones, 4K television, and the cloud.

They are comfortable with swiping and clicking as a medium to learn and investigate.

At home there may be only one device that's currently working or connected, but they all get their time with technology.

My students champion on despite some not so positive living and financial arrangements. One big commonality they all share is their interest in technology.

My Project

When you you think of computers and education you most certainly conger images, at least I do, of Apple computers and laptops. The best of the best. Leaders of incorporation of education based software.

With so much of the curriculum web based in the cloud and large hardrive space needed it's important to have a device that can perform to the needs and expectations of the students.

Although our current laptop has served adrimially, operating systems and memory needs have progressed at a much quicker rate, leaving the current model behind. Sometimes we're not sure if we will have sound or it has to be restarted to reload a program!
