Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With a new school year come the need of much needed items for the classroom. Our class printer is a crucial piece to making sure students have the necessary items printed needed for learning. As a teacher, I constantly use the printer to print out learning station materials, labels, signs and lesson plans. In order to make this possible we need ink. In the cart, I have included Promethean Pens for our active panel. Unfortunately, we do not have any and have had to result to using our finger. Students love coming up to the board and showcasing how they solve a particular problem or highlight a section of a text to explain their thinking. Lastly, the sheet protectors are used for organization and for learning. Students are able to save important anchor charts or math charts to refer to during independent learning or group work.
