Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I love my students for their unique personalities, curiosity, and resilience. Each one brings a special light to our classroom, and it's my privilege to guide them on their learning journey.

The nutritional snacks, emotional well-being items, and social well-being items will make a tremendous difference in my students' lives.

Nutritional snacks will ensure they have the energy and focus needed to learn. When their bellies are full, their minds can wander less and engage more deeply in our lessons.

Emotional well-being items will provide them with tools to manage stress, express their feelings, and build resilience. These skills are essential for their academic and personal success.

Social well-being items will help them develop strong relationships with their peers and themselves which is crucial for their overall well-being and learning. When students feel connected and supported, they are more likely to thrive in the classroom.
