Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Math is fun! Unfortunately, not everyone agrees. I would like to use a variety of ways to make the room as comfortable as possible and the learning to be as attractive as possible.

Students should feel welcome and want to come to class.

The string lights will add a warm touch to the classroom for them to feel cozy. I would like to supply them with tissues so students wouldn't need to go to the bathroom to get tissues. Color copies of worksheets and handouts will attract the students' attention. I can also print out the students' work and laminate it to post around the room. That will give the students a great sense of belonging in our classroom.
