My Project

I am a licensed speech-language pathologist working in a low-income school district with students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. My students have a variety of goals I target, including articulation of speech sounds, receptive language knowledge, and expressive language abilities. These are crucial skills to becoming effective communicators in order to be successful in school and in life.

My students enjoy their time in therapy, and I want them to remain motivated.

I strive to help them reach their full potential to become productive members of our society by targeting delays and disorders in speech and language. I'm requesting these resources, such as the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card, to have access to motivating and current materials. These items, such as the Informational Texts and Building Language Lotto, can be used by many students with varying needs. I am able to adapt materials for use across a range of grade levels, and these specific ones will help me differentiate my sessions based on individual needs.
