My Students

Students learn best in an environment that promotes learning. My students deserve to have a colorful and exciting room to enhance their learning. They are curious and love to learn new things. They get so excited when the seasons change and our room decorations change with it!

My students come from a high poverty area We have nearly 80% on free and reduced lunches.

Many come from broken homes. Our school is a Title One school that is dedicated to the education and care of our students. We work hard to create an exciting and dynamic learning environment and our students feel safe and secure at school.

My Project

This year, our school had to get a new roof. During the process, we had a heavy rain storm. There were many leaks in my room and it flooded. The bulletin board items that I had saved over the years were ruined. Hundreds of dollars worth of holiday decorations were lost. These colorful bulletin board decorations were for all of the seasons. Having a bright and colorful room that is interesting and exciting to my class is very important and I need to replace these items immediately.

Children like to come into a fun and interesting classroom.

They want to feel like their room is exciting and inviting. These bulletin board sets will help my room to be more inviting. These children deserve to have a wonderful room!
