My Project

Our elementary has a strong PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) Tier I (school-wide) framework, that allows us to teach and positively reinforce our school wide expectations, our High 5s! Our High 5s expectations are focused on being responsible, respectful, safe, kind, and inclusive. Students can earn tickets to celebrate the specific ways they show the High 5s throughout the building! PBIS is important, because once behavior and expectations are clearly reinforced, teachers can spend less time redirecting and correcting behavior and more time focused on teaching and creating a positive, classroom community!!!

Once High 5 tickets are earned, we want to provide exciting opportunities for students to cash in on the positives!

Our new, renovated school store will help our students see the benefits of following the rules and expectations! The school store will be accessible through a digital platform with online ordering. We would love to stock the new school store with all new items.

Our school social worker is heading up the cause to organize and fulfill student orders for High 5 purchases. Please help our school store get up and running by the end of the school year. We have the space and organizational containers; we now just need the school store stocked with merchandise! Any items you are willing to donate, will be greatly appreciated and valued!

Thank you for helping to partner with us to promote the High 5s (responsible, respectful, safe, kind & inclusive) and preparing and reinforcing our students to be productive citizens at our school and beyond!
