My Project

Imagine a classroom buzzing with excitement as students dive into the pages of a captivating novel, their imaginations ignited and their minds expanding. You have the power to make this vision a reality for our students. We’re reaching out to you to support our initiative to provide a class set of novels that will inspire and educate our young readers.

A shared novel can transform reading from a solitary activity into a collective adventure.

It encourages discussion, deepens understanding, and nurtures a lifelong love for books.

Novels offer rich opportunities for exploring themes, cultures, and historical contexts. They help students develop critical thinking, empathy, and language skills that are crucial for their academic growth.

By providing a class set of novels, you’re giving students not just a book, but a gateway to new worlds and ideas. Your donation will help build a reading culture that extends beyond the classroom.

'Born a Crime' is Trevor Noah's autobiography. It is a funny, engaging and meaningful text for all high school students, but especially for my students who need to hear the story of hope and achievement that Trevor Noah tells.
