My Project
All of our leaders want to feel a sense of balance in their daily lives. Having a separate area, like our Zen Den, allows our leader's space to relax, experience a sense of calmness and recenter themselves for the day ahead. The Zen Den is an environment where the leaders can feel comfortable noting that their bodies may be dysregulated while reading books, using fidget toys, or utilizing imagery to relax and manage their bodies.
The tent will give the leaders a sense of privacy and comfort while managing their emotions.
The waterfall aids in the natural imagery of the Zen Den. The lighting with the fish gives a sense of calmness to the room lights. My goal is to create a mindful calming oasis in the Zen Den with resources to help regulate our leaders' minds and bodies. Let's create this environment for them!
