My Project

In our fast-paced world, my students face numerous challenges that impact their mental health and well-being. To support them, I am creating a calming and creative space in the classroom with tools for relaxation, self-expression, and emotional regulation. This project will empower my students to manage stress, express their emotions, and build resilience through aromatherapy, art, and personalized journaling.

Imagine a classroom where my students can manage stress and anxiety through aromatherapy, sensory tools, and the artful creation of their own personalized journals, fostering a calm and focused learning environment.

With high-quality art supplies, they will design and craft their own journals, encouraging creativity and providing a tangible outlet for self-expression. This hands-on process will boost their confidence and self-awareness and instill a sense of ownership over their mindfulness practices.

I aim to promote emotional well-being, foster creativity, and enhance mindfulness through these resources. By supporting this project, you will help create a nurturing environment where my students can thrive emotionally and creatively.
