Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Here at our school students are motivated and success driven scholars. They pride themselves on their achievements, both social and academic, and strive each day to do their very best. Our school operates under four core values: Compassion, Reflection, Relentlessness, Scholarship and Teamwork. Our students work hard every day to exemplify these values. However, even children can feel the weight of stress that can go hand in hand with striving for excellence. Stress and anxiety are growing issues with adolescents. It is my hope that providing them with sensory tools, such as fidgets and pop-its, will aid in relieving some of that stress.
