My Project

The floating chair and the papasan, are specifically chosen to provide alternative seating that would provide sensory comfort for necessary breaks. My goal for this project is to create an environment where students feel safe and supported, allowing them to effectively manage their emotions and focus on learning.

By providing them a safe space within my classroom, I will be able to provide them with a space for them to regulate without escalating behaviors.

I recognize that each student brings something valuable to our classroom community, and it's our mission to create an inclusive environment that honors and celebrates their differences. By providing them with the resources they need, like cozy corner chairs, we empower them to thrive academically and emotionally.
