Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I currently teach math to a wonderful group of 8th grade students. As our year together comes to an end, some of our materials have run their course. Help me give my current and future students new materials, like colored pencils, markers, paper, and more. Organizational items, like the shoe rack, are for materials to be displayed for, and used by, students in a neat and orderly fashion. Throughout the year, a goal in my classroom is for students to have opportunities to share their creativity. Students regularly create classroom references, such as anchor charts and posters for their class and others to support their learning with. In these assignments student are given creative freedom in format and style. The materials in this project will aid in the continuing of creativity in my classroom.

This restock will help my wonderfully creative students end the year with new sets of the supplies they use on a regular basis and my new students begin the year fully stocked.
