My Project

My students here at Overland come from highly diverse backgrounds, with 75% of our student body at free and reduced lunch, and over 500 are English Language Learners. I am attempting to gain journals and charging equipment for my students to be able to conduct daily reflections after viewing and watching historical sources as a class, both paper and electronic.

COVID-19 hit our community hard as many of our students do not have working technology devices or access to dependable charging ability or school supplies to create reflections.

This project will allow for students to either charge computers or write paper reflections on primary sources we view.
