My Students

Students at my school come together from many different backgrounds and abilities to create a beautiful community that we call home. We have both self-contained Montessori classes and self-contained gifted classrooms, as well as our mainstream classrooms, so we are able to meet a large variety of learning styles and student needs.

My students are curious about how the world works and I try to foster that curiosity with project-based curriculum and hands-on learning experiences.

My Project

Material that we learn throughout class is going to be added to the wall charts. The charts will be posted on the walls of the classroom so students will be able to reference the information as needed. Absent students will also be able to receive the information that they have missed.

As more information is learned in class, we can refer back to previously taught information as part of our cyclical review.

Reviewing the information will help the students connect the material together and show that our math work relies on prior information.
