My Students

My students are busy learners. All of my students are English Language Learners and need ways to explore English in a social and academic setting. Hands-on experiences help all my students expand their language skills in a fun, exciting way.

My enthusiastic language learners are busy striving to do their best every day.

Each brings their own spirit to learn a new language and culture to our classroom, which enriches our learning. Their range of abilities varies from newcomers to proficient learners. Their parents are working hard to support them at home, yet sometimes language is a major barrier. Our public school is in an urban environment and hosts a large diversity of cultures.

My Project

We love using our iPads, yet we don't have enough headphones and some don't work all the time. Our class would love to be able to use all of our iPads to help us learn. The children don't mind taking turns, but it's a waste of technology sitting there. These headphones are perfect for our classroom needs!

Becoming 21st-Century Learners is important and helps build the critical skills needed for our future!

Using iPads in the classroom has opened many resources we don't have access to. Having headphones is crucial to our class so we can continue learning without extra noise!
