Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Beyond academics, this versatile dry-erase board will also become the home of our vibrant monthly birthday board! Imagine the excitement as students eagerly anticipate seeing their names and birthdates displayed for the entire month.

Many of my students thrive with visual aids and predictable routines as well as opportunities for positive social connection.

This year-at-a-glance board, complete with our monthly birthday display, will provide that consistent visual structure and foster a stronger sense of belonging for all.

By eliminating the need for countless paper calendars and wasteful displays as well as individual birthday signs, we'll be reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices within our classroom. Investing in a large, reusable dry-erase board is not only beneficial for our students' learning but also for our planet.
