Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students have 20 minutes for recess each day. The materials will be used as options instead of just the blacktop or hill area that we have at our school. Our school was supposed to build a brand new playground, but it has been over a year that they were handed a check from the town to build it.
It is important to see kids having fun and taking a break from learning to play with their friends. Although tag is always a fun option, so are additional supplies to use.
