My Project

My students are energetic and receptive to learning new ways of accessing the core curriculum. Tactile (Kinesthetic) learning has proven to be useful because it is a learning style that involves using your hands to learn. My students learn best by doing, and being involved in their learning

My students learn in different ways.

The Touch & Match Cards, ten frame boards, magnetic money and othermaterials that I have requested can increase engagement and make learning more fun. I recognize that my students will benefit from lessons with strategies that allow them to process information through multiple modalities. It can also build their confidence, while learning math concepts. My students will also be able to work with their peers and cooperative groups as they work with activities on time, Shapes and money.
