Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Scholastic News will engage and improve my students' non fiction reading skills. Scholastic News will also look at social studies and science in a fun and NEW way as the resources we have are not always up to date enough for the kids attention span. It also gives social development topics from a kids perspective.
My students will get the chance to explore current events through this wonderful resource.
With this it makes it easy to have small group instruction and partner work as well. My class will indulge into a world of wonder and discovery!
