Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This carpet and bean bags will be used daily! They will be used to create a classroom library environment that is welcoming. My goal is to make our class library a place all students want to visit. The comfier the library is the more it will invite students in.

A comfy library will foster or instill a student's love for reading and encourage them to read daily.

Bean bags will also be used as a flexible seating option for students to move out of their seat and work. The library space will also double as a calm down space for students who need a moment to refocus their emotions.
