My Students

Energetic? Yes! Love to Learn? Yes! 17 5-6 year need your help to make the most of our time together.

We are a group of kindergarten students who love to learn.

We live in the Southeast in a military town. Our school is a public K-5 school with about 670 students. We come from a variety of backgrounds and we each bring something special to the room.

My Project

We need a classroom rug for our sharing time. We all know how important it is to have a special spot just for you! The rug we've requested will help us have our own space while we are sitting together. The rug will also help us learn our letters and letter sounds because it has the alphabet on it. We can play games on the rug that will keep us moving and our brains learning.

It seems like a such a simple thing, but having this rug will make our time together so much more meaningful.

For each student to have a "special" spot that is just for them will make transition time easier and erase disagreements. We can start each lesson happy and with every student feeling like they belong!
