Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our team is a small group who work for a public school but instead of being in the schools we are in community daycares, working with Special Education preschool students. Being in this very different situation it can be difficult to get the basic supplies since we do not have school supply lists for our students. It also takes time to order supplies and get them from the district.

Help our team get the basics to start the school year.

By supporting this project we get the basics- notebooks, laminating machine, pens, sharpies, stickers, stamps, and oral motor devices, and by having these basic items we are ready to start helping our preschool students succeed. These items will help reduce the financial burden on each of the team members while we get to know our students and their needs.
