This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students love playing and exercising outside!

Developing good gross motor skills and exercising to stay healthy is imperative in the early years.

We currently have insufficient materials for playing outside and would love to provide our students with a sports club activity cart, an active play kit, and a balance beam to help develop their gross motor skills as well as elevate their gross motor time outdoors while emphasizing the importance of staying fit. We are asking for a variety of balls, beanbag toss games, hula hoops, and storage carts to carry everything to and from our classroom. Having these materials available daily for our students to use will make for a truly wonderful gross motor play experience!
