Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from different backgrounds and have different learning challenges; however, they all have one thing in common, the desire to succeed. In middle school, being organized at the beginning of the school year is paramount for success. Helping the students with organization enhances their learning experience.

Color-coded headphones and folders will help my students access materials more efficiently, reducing time and consequently lowering stress levels.

Additionally, I strive to provide a multisensory learning experience for my students. With the headphones, my students will have the opportunity to read along with audiobooks while reducing background noise and distractions. Additionally, this will help to improve their concentration.
