My Students

My first graders are full of smiles and eager to learn. The staff, parents, students and their families work together to build a strong education for students. We want to create a classroom community that promotes collaboration, critical thinking, responsibility, and communication.

Students help create a fun and safe learning environment every day.

Together we accomplish amazing things and make learning new things exciting and engaging! This community values education and I am very excited to be apart of it!

My Project

It is important for students to have learning choices throughout the day. The Bouncy Bands will help students who need movement as they are learning. It allows students to quietly work through their energy and complete their tasks at the same time. The phones will help us record our learning on our iPads without hearing the background noise. This is especially important as students are explaining their thinking, practicing their fluency, or using expression while reading! Students will be able to use the magnet tiles to bring their imagination to life as they create, collaborate, and explore together!

This project will bring numerous learning opportunities to our classroom.

It will assist students in taking ownership of their learning by moving with the Bouncy Bands, recording with the phones, and creating with the magnet tiles.
