Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students will use the equipment such as horseshoes, playground balls, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk to develop healthy habits in physical activity and exercise while they are building their social and team work skills. Using gross motor activities and games during recess will support healthy communication skills and problem solving on the playground making their experiences more positive.

This project will help my students by giving them much needed opportunities to work together and play team building games during their recess time.

They need these opportunities to learn to effectively communicate with each other and practice problem solving while engaging in physical activities.
