This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are an inquisitive group of learners. They are working to grow their passion for reading. Providing different types of books in the library to reach all readers is our goal. Students who otherwise would not be able to read will be able to use audio books in the library to access reading that may be beyond their level of reading.

The large read aloud books will help my youngest readers have a up close reading experience and be more involved in my modeled reading lesson.

These materials will help the youngest readers at my school work on a good foundation in their reading journey.
