My Project

In middle school, we are challenged to keep all of our students reading for learning and pleasure. We need to entice them with quality, high interest titles that they will be excited to check out of our school library! Our school serves about 615 students in the sixth, seventh, and eighth grades.

Our school library needs more up to date, high interest informational texts to help us keep our collection of books enticing and relevant to all of our students.

Students will be able to connect their reading with their classroom learning, not only in reading class, but also social studies and science.

It is a constant challenge to keep our library updated and in good condition with the limited funds that are available for new books. This donation will allow us to add to our collection and keep all of our students reading! Books will be available through our school library to all of our students.
