Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are starting a book club for grades 1-5! The goal of this book club is to create a lifelong love of reading in students, strengthen their literacy skills, and encourage creativity and critical thinking through group discussions and activities.

Our students are special because they are at an age where their curiosity and imagination are growing, and they are eager to engage with new ideas and connect with their peers.

By participating in this book club, they will be able to explore diverse characters, settings, and themes, and share their insights in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We are asking for chapter books that are appropriate for their grade levels and some fun seats to keep them motivated throughout the process. Your support would have a significant impact on their educational growth, helping them develop both academically and personally in a way that is engaging and fun.
