I love teaching Kindergarten in the Bronx but a lot of the time it's difficult to get all the materials that you need. During the pandemic, our school threw out all of our classroom rugs and now my students are sitting on the cold and dirty floor. I'd love to give them a comfortable and beautiful place to sit for circle time. I want my students to have so much fun in my classroom as they're being introduced to school for the first time. I want them to see school as a beautiful and welcoming place. When they are sitting on the cold and dirty floor it's hard to make them feel excited and comfortable. Please help me make my classroom a more welcoming place!
