My Project

Flexible seating allows students to make individual choices that work best for their learning. We move around the classroom a lot during independent and group work time. I love to see how engaged my students are when they are given the independence to work in a way that makes them comfortable. Unfortunately, we currently have student tables and chairs, but no comfortable seating options when we leave our tables!

These comfortable and inviting bean bag chairs will draw students into our classroom library during independent reading time and give them flexible seating options during group work time.

They are easy to move so they can serve a variety of purposes. They can be separated to offer students privacy for quiet work or reading, or gathered in a group for discussions and project work. I'm so excited to see how my students will use these materials to enhance their learning!
