My Project

My students absolutely love reading! I have a large selection of beautiful books that are diverse and reflect the amazing and unique students I teach. Unfortunately, I do not have a display shelf or comfortable space for them to read.

Please help me make an inviting reading nook for students to read to themselves, and to each other.

The wooden, front facing shelf will be used to display books that reflect the cultures and interests of my students. The smaller shelf will be used for the books specifically related to the content we are learning about. The bright, colorful rug will get draw their attention to the book nook, and allow them to have a soft space to read on.
