This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My scholars are some of the most amazing first graders. The way that they are able to grasp a concept and manipulate the data to completion is unparalleled. I hope to have some of the premiere first graders in all of Baltimore, MD. I imagine a lot of my scholars to go on to college and by them reading and opening their world to new places will help them immensely. Please help my scholars. I thank you in advance respectively!

My Project

My Scholars need reading materials both in the classroom as well as outside the classroom. The Scholars will have packets made up to be taken home for nightly practice. The only way that you can become better at a task is practice. Scholars often times do not have access to reading materials in their homes, so the only place in which for them to gain the access in our classroom. The book sets will work wonders for their reading fluency and comprehension. The Scholastic News Nonfiction Readers book sets like Weather, biographies, the Solar system will allow me to give more attention to our guided reading practice in class. Please help!
