My Project

My students are learning to become powerful readers and could use a boost of support with your donation! The materials requested would allow them to engage in rich small group instruction as well as practice a variety of essential skills in literacy centers. The children I work with have a range of abilities, from learning beginning sounds, to decoding one-syllable words, to reading simple sentences. They are working everyday to put it all together. They are eager to be independent readers and having access to these materials will motivate them and increase their confidence.
