My Students

When I began my first year of teaching, never did I imagine it would have ended this way. I did not get to say a proper goodbye to my first group of students or get a picture with them all. With the 20-21 school year coming I am wanting to start hitting the group running from the beginning. I learned a lot from my first year students and they showed me how much they wanted a change in their learning curriculum for Special Education.

With a mix of distance and in person learning, I want to provide the best curriculum and setting I can for my amazing up and coming 8th graders.

I am creating new Book Club curriculum and I am needing help collect all the novel sets we will need and storage containers to keep them in.

My Project

We are all entering into a new era of teaching right now. Bouncing between in-person and virtual distance learning is a challenge for everyone. I miss my students everyday. I want to make sure we are prepared for new curriculum this coming school year and making it safe for each student.

I am needing new books for our book clubs, materials for them to participate in book clubs, and containers to keep everyones materials safe and distant from each other.

I know they are going to love the new guided reading curriculum I have created for their book clubs this year. I want to make sure we have all materials needed to make this successful for them at home and in school.
