This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am requesting some new books for our classroom library. Third grade is a vital time and my goal is to have all my students love reading by the end of the year. My plan is to fill our library with popular titles and series Last year we read Stuart Little as a class and my students loved it. Having access to more chapter books will continue to grow their love of reading and build reading stamina. Having books of a series will allow them to continue reading books they love.
