My Students

My energetic first-graders enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore. My students are curious, creative, kind and helpful. My class represents countries from all over the world, as well as many different learning levels .

In this class, we work together to form a community as we learn, laugh, and celebrate our achievements.

My students are eager to learn and explore daily!

My Project

It can sometimes be challenging to get students excited about reading. I have discovered that rewarding them with incentive prizes when they complete a goal is a great way to encourage them to read more. These bookshelves will help to organize our classroom books as well as prizes and materials.

New books and a organized space will help allow my class the ability to pick the perfect book and be rewarded for achieving their reading goal!

I feel that the class functions more smoothly in an organized space. It is very rewarding for students to be able to find the perfect book because they know exactly where it is located. It is also awesome for me to be able to use all my resources because everything will have a special place.
