My Students

Smart, loving and energetic are just a few words to describe my students. They are bright students of African American and Latin descent from Crown Heights Brooklyn! For some, it is their first time back in the building in over 18 months and some are back for another great year of learning.

My Project

These materials will help foster a love of reading and growth based on what they are interested in! They will be able to go on adventures with characters in book after book after book! They will also be able to do so on a new classroom carpet which they can be safe and socially distant.

Students will be able to also continue this reading in the comfort of their own home as well.

All books will be benefit students in practicing the skills they need to foster reading growth through books they love!
