This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goals for this project:

I plan on tailoring materials to students' interests and abilities which can increase engagement and motivation.

Providing resources in various formats

such as visual aids that can accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Adequate classroom materials offer a diverse range of materials can enrich students' understanding and expose them to different perspectives, fostering critical thinking skills. I strive to foster a love for reading by cultivating an appreciation for literature and lifelong learning.

What makes my students special:

Diverse backgrounds: Each student brings unique experiences, cultural perspectives, and strengths to the classroom.

Individual strengths and challenges: Some students may excel in certain areas while requiring additional support in others.

Growth potential: Every student can learn and develop, and it's the educator's role to nurture their talents and address their needs.

Community and collaboration: They come from a supportive culture that aids in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to learn.
