This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Kindergarten is such an important year for students, filled with fun and learning! My students are learning how to use letter sounds to read and write words independently. Learning how to read takes a lot of practice, both with a teacher and during independent center time.

These materials will support my students in their progress toward becoming independent readers and writers!

My young students benefit from a variety of activities to practice early literacy skills. These hands-on materials make learning how to read engaging and fun for my kindergarteners!
