Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items will help me encourage my students to improve their reading and mathematics skills. My classroom library's growth has always been limited by what I can afford and how quickly I can read books to make sure they're a good fit, but with these curated book sets, I can bring in dozens of books I already know and love straight to my bookshelf. My students at all reading levels will have more access to classics, and these books

Additionally, these MATH magazine subscriptions will allow me to provide more math practice to the students who need it the most across my classes in a fun and meaningful way.

By bringing these materials into my classroom, I hope to be able to instill a lifelong love of reading and math in my students the way my teachers did for me when I was in school.
