This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help us bring Science content to life in our classroom! Our students need access to grade level appropriate texts to help them understand their science curriculum. We are requesting magazine subscriptions to Scholastic Super STEM, Scholastic Science News, and a Science A-Z subsription.
This will allow us integrate science and literacy into daily instruction through a customizable collection of lessons, texts, and hands-on activities that allow students to think and act like scientists.
Students will have access to texts appropriate for their reading level in Life Science, Physical Science, Earth and Space Science, and Process Science concepts. Having these resources will help bring science to life through interesting topics, so every learner can understand, apply, and love STEM.
