This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With The Readers Make Leaders project, I desire to spawn a passion for reading and produce scholars that flourish across all content areas. The classic read-aloud Lemonade Wars and The Wild Robot will assist in developing a sense of community within the classroom and build the capacity to express ideas, thoughts, and feelings. Furthermore, expand vocabulary while developing comprehension skills.

Studies prove read aloud will help students succeed in life.

My little learners encompass the ability to become great leaders. Their curiosity to seek knowledge is inspiring and challenges me to become a better educator. Incorporating classroom read-aloud and vocabulary games, scholars will have opportunities to delve into character analysis and determine the central theme in a text.
