My Project

As a second grade special education teacher I need to provide my children with specific reading materials. Phonics programs made by teachers are very effective. In addition to strong reading skills, children need high quality, interesting stories to encourage them to read.

My goal is help encourage children at a young age to enjoy reading and gain the confidence they need to be successful readers.

With the combination of teacher created phonics lessons from TPT and the amazing stories and activities in Scholastic Storyworks, I plan to foster a classroom filled children who love to read.
