Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year, I would like to add high-quality, engaging, and updated books to my classroom library.

Most of my students need books that are appealing, fun, and engaging to them to practice and improving their reading skills.

By updating the classroom library I can support their literacy skills and promoting fun reading time. Thus, to differentiate students’ reading levels more effectively by using attractive materials.

I believe students learn to read best when they are motivated to reading material they are interested in or it relates to them. Having new books would help to foster their interest and curiosity.
