Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fifth grade class is filled with students who love to read! After learning about the books my students love, I am seeking to add them to our classroom library. Many of our current books are outdated or falling apart. The books in this project will encourage my students to continue reading and allow them to grow as learners. Many of the books in this project are series that students are interested in, such as Who Would Win? and Wimpy Kid. Once they finish one book, they will be excited to pick up and read the next one!

My goal is to support my students' love for reading with a revamped classroom library filled with books they are interested in!

These books are not only interesting, but accessible to the readers in my room. At the end of the year, I would like to gift students with one of their favorite books they read from this donation.
