My Project

Supporting this project will bring geography books showcasing modern cultures around the world. Currently, our geography section contains many outdated and unattractive titles that are therefore unexplored. Students having access to these new arrivals will inspire a curiosity about locations other than home.

Investing in materials that show different cultures and countries builds compassion for others.

Students need to be able to read leveled text appropriate books with current day photos and illustrations to be able to understand the vastness of our world. My goal for our library is to have titles that are not older than the patrons that use them.
