it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
The students I have been working with are full of curiosity. Many come in with knowledge of things I didn't even know. Yet they are stuck in a bubble where they may or may not know who else is outside of their city or their barrio. There is so much diversity in this world that I want them to know about that so that they can have bigger dreams.
Literature takes readers to a new world that they had never imagined before.
The books that I have choose are stories that my students may have never chosen because they see no connection. When they get to read these stories they will experience more curiosity about the world and the people that live in it. For some these books will make a small impact but for others they will see connections that they didn't think we're possibly.
I hope to provide these books to my students to let them know that they took can be leaders.
