Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A classroom filled with super sticky easel pads will help us read and write in all academic areas. We are a classroom filled with students from all different backgrounds and cultures and drawing pictures with making words will help us bring learning to our everyday needs.

A place where students can work in small groups and build poster size charts about what they are learning is super important.

My students love being able to bring life sized places to help their learning. They love using different color markers and working together to put their words down on paper. They can use the different texts that we read and then create a life-sized picture with words to bring their stories home to their parents. These are things that make home and school connections brought together.
